Available land under the Corporation is allotted to prospective entrepreneurs from time to time through bidding process. The Corporation has the following Infrastructures in different locations, viz:

A. Land area below 2 acres | |
1 | Application in prescribed format (Annexure-A) shall be submitted to the Managing Director , ASIDC Ltd, MRD Road, Bamunimaidam , Guwahati- 781021 directly with prescribed fee, etc. |
2 | On receipt of the application, subject to availability of land, application shall be examined by allotment committee and the same shall be placed before the Corporation Level Committee for approval. |
3 | On receipt of the approval of the committee , allotment letter shall be issued to the applicant for execution of Leased deed agreement. |
4 | On signing of Agreement, Land shall be handed over to the applicant. |
B. Land area above 2 acres | |
1 | On receipt of the application, same shall be examined by a allotment committee of ASIDC Ltd. |
2 | On approval of the allotment Committee , same shall be placed before the SLC for approval. |
3 | On receipt of the approval of the SLC, allotment letter shall be issued to the applicant for execution of Leased deed agreement. |
4 | On signing of Agreement, Land shall be handed over to the applicant. |
Application shall be accompanied with following fee, viz:
(1) Non-refundable processing fee of 0.50 paisa per sq.mtr (Maximum Rs 2000)
(2) Security deposit of Rs. 5000 per 1000 sq mtr
(3) Development charge as per Bidding Process.
The above amount shall be submitted by way of Demand Draft/Cheque in favour of "Assam Small Industries Development Corporation Ltd".
(a) Certificates, NOC, etc :
Copy of EM-I/EM-2/IEM , necessary fee in form of Demand Draft, Project Report and site plan should be submitted along with the application.
(b) Photo ID, size, quality, signature , etc :
No photo ID card is required while applying for land allotment.
(a) Due date:
There is no due date of submission of application except if it mentioned in the bidding documents.
(b) Time for processing (as fixed by the management):
30 days from the date of submission of application form.
(i) Make sure that you are eligible for applying

2 | The application should accompany the necessary fee in form of Demand Draft. |
3 | Application in prescribed format ( Annexure-A) shall be submitted to the Managing Director , Assam Small Industries Development Corporation Ltd, MRD Road, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati- 781 021 directly. |
4 | If the Land area below 2 acre , the proposal shall be placed before the Corporation Level Committee. If the land area is above 2 acre, the proposal shall be placed before the State Level Committee for approval. |
5 | On receipt of the approval from the respective committee/s, land shall be allotted to the applicant after execution of leased deed agreement. |

(iv) Pay the require fee.
