Industrial Area Bamunimaidam
The land of Industrial Area Bamunimaidam was purchased by the Corporation in the year 1968. As the area was hilly, Industrial Sheds is constructed in some parts of the area for giving infrastructure facilities. Presently Industrial Area, Bamunimaidam has 50 nos of SSI units among which 34 nos are allotted as Industrial sheds & 16 nos are allotted as Open Space/Plot of land. The units under the Industrial Area are provided with electricity, internal roads , drainage etc. The Industrial Area , Bamunimaidam is situated 1/2 K.M. away from the Mahatma Gandhi Road & adjacent to Industrial Estate of AIIDC.
